When i open messages there is a blank message that i can't delete. I also have 10 messages that are for auctions that i need to collect the money for, but i can't see any of them.

When i open messages there is a blank message that i can't delete. I also have 10 messages that are for auctions that i need to collect the money for, but i can't see any of them.

Not quite sure about your blank message, but if you're trying to collect money for auctions sold on action house, it's not through messages. You just click the notification about auction sold and it'll take you to the profit collecting page.

If you're getting auction sold messages when you joined several years after the AH revamp that got rid of those, that needs to go in the bug report forums because that should definitely not be happening. Same with blank, undeletable messages.

If you're on this page those are auctions that expired without sales. On this page are auctions that sold that you can click the "Collect All" button on to collect.
This page is a listing of auctions that sold that you have already collected.
If you can't send screenshots fill out a Support ticket and have the admins look at it. Include the urls of the pages and the message numbers so that the staff can figure out what messages and where things aren't right.
