TOPIC | Game database skin colour issues
I can 100% vouch that this skin is nothing but black and white. However, it shows up as majority sanguine:

There's a lot of other skins where this is obvious too.

Thank you for the report @Vendrus

Color profiles are computer generated and there may be counterintuitive results or flat-out errors. This is especially the case for some tricky scenarios involving lots of transparency, very bright, or very dark colors.

We will continue to work on the code that processes these colors - hopefully this will result in fewer strange cases.

Bonus technical discussion for those who are curious

Here are some scenarios that return results that are technically correct, but also really weird. Note that "technically correct" doesn't mean that we wouldn't try to achieve something that feels more "visually correct".

- If an item is composed of a dark blue that is 25% transparent, it will look like a lighter shade then the results will report.

- Since perfect color matches are rare, we look for "closest" gene colors as defined by how much red, green, and blue a pixel has compared to all the gene colors. In cases where colors are close to pure gray, any slight shift to the nearest color may result in a more saturated result. This shift is visually more distinctive to the human eye than a further shift between 2 colors of similar warmth or coolness.

- In some cases a thin line of a specific color creates more off-color "edge" pixels than on-color pixels within that line. These off-color pixels, which are often transparent and may be a shade of gray may run into both of the scenarios mentioned above.
