Someone sent me a trade to pay in treasure and not gems, and I cannot add the dragon they would like to the crossroads

my cursor turns into the hand, I should be able to click, but when I do nothing happens

what dragon is it? dragons that are on a nest, in a coliseum party, on the AH, have a familiar, have apparel, or have a skin/accent cannot be added to a CR.

the problem is that it won't let open up the dragon panel at all, I cannot select ANY dragons

the dragon is all set to go to be traded, no apparel, skins, familiars etc, I just can't access him because the dragon panel will not open

Have you cleared your cache or tried it in an incognito window or a different browser?

the only thing I haven't done on that list is clearing cache, but it didn't work in either incognito nor a different browser

Hm. Are you 100% certain that they confirmed sending you the CR? Two-way CRs have a couple of confirmation steps if I recall correctly.

yes, they sent me the two way crossroads, I got the notification to add my contributions, but I am unable to add the requested dragon to complete my side of the crossroads
