TOPIC | Can't change my account Email!

I put in my email and checked it a couple of times to make sure it was the right one, then went into my email and looked for the confirmation code, even reloading a couple of times, but it wouldn't appear! I then re-typed my email, like, three times, and it still wouldn't send me the confirmation code! It is just me, or are other people having this problem?
