I bought one of Joxar's crates and was greeted with no item in return. I looked at my hoard and it wasn't there either. There isn't even a token.
So what I did to try and solve this issue was clear my cache, log out and then log back in. That still did nothing. Any suggestions on what I should do?

cutepastelstars search the “other” section of your hoard carefully. It won’t be at the very end, or the beginning- it’ll be somewhere in the last half. It’s pretty easy to miss
Edit- it should be soon after the training field II items (plush pocketmouse, treasured planter, broken flower pots, etc.) and before the blooming grove items (tadhop hats, pohip planters, etc.)
