Hello, recently I've been experiencing strange occurences on my mobile device. My computer is completly fine, but my phone... Well, I can't enter half of the links due to this exact error:
Every single time it's the same error.
What doesn't work?
- I can't pick up items from Baldwin's cauldron
- I can't enter SOME of my dragons' profile pages
- I can't enter the dressing room completly
- I can't search anything on auction, as well as relist expired auctions, pick up profits or even enter the Recent Activity section.
- I can't search any phrases in game database
- I can't search any phrases on the forums
- I can't post anything on the forum. (The reason for my late replies, I need to get to my PC first if I want to do anything.)
- I can't log out. At least for some time I couldn't, now I think it should work.
- I can't relist SOME of my expired auctions (some of them work, some just refuse to do so with an error: "An error occured while processing your request. Please try again later.".)
- I can't input ID in the predict morphology section. For example I can enter a dragon's profile, go to predict morphology, increase or decrease ID number (checking hatchlings one by one and such) and it triggers the error instantly.
- Probably more but I just forgot it or didn't discover it yet xD
Everything worked fine for the whole year, never seen this error before. The day it started happening was 29.09.2020, literally all I did was having my phone handed over to service to replace the slightly shattered screen, meanwhile had to take out the SIM card and put it back in once the repair was over. Not sure if this is any relevant info but I just prefer to provide all info I can.
I've already tried:
- restarting the browser (multiple times)
- restarting the phone (multiple times)
- trying a different browser (multiple times)
- clearing the cache of both browsers (multiple times)
- clearing the cookies
- using wi-fi connection as well as data transmission
- logging out and in (had a lot of trouble with that, it even gives the error while attempting to log out. clearing the cache logged me out automatically tho)
- waiting a day through the maintance, hoping that would help but nah.
- would also try disabling browser extensions but I don't even have any xd
Why don't I just use my computer if it works fine? Simply cause I'm out home a lot, phone is just much more handy and I like using it.
I'd be very grateful for any ideas or suggestions what else I could try to do :D, thanks in advance :3
