I am frequently getting 400 Bad Request errors when trying to use Baldwin's Bubbling Brew (specifically upon pressing the Transmute button on the confirmation dialogue for melting things) and when trying to make searches in the Auction House.
I'm not encountering these errors on any other site that I've noticed. It started a week or two ago but has been intermittent
I have tried all the steps in
this article (helpfully linked by Naegiri on another thread with this problem) but to no results.
Update:
My usual browser is Edge (up to date as far as I can tell)
Switching to a clean install of Chrome I have not encountered any problems in a few minutes of use. (but the problem is intermittent)

I'm having the same issues, but only on mobile, not on PC. I tried using incognito mode on mobile to see if it'll work any better and at first it did, but then it began showing me the same 400 Bad Request message as in normal Chrome mode.
The message also appears for me when trying to access my notifications/alerts; i have to copy the notification link and post it in a different tab to actually access the link, because clicking it normally from the little pop-up gives me that 400 message.

Are you using Google Chrome? This issue seems to be very common with that browser in particular as of late. Could you try using another browser or seeing if Chrome needs to be updated?
Taking a shot in the dark here, but doesn't hurt to try! I use Brave browser and have yet to run into any 400 errors.

Using Edge, which is (or at least thinks it is) up to date.
I have tried to edit this information into the top post for convenience, but attempting to edit the post also throws a 400 error.
I will give some other browsers a go and report back.
Update:
Chrome is behaving itself so far, but the problem has also gone away (at least for now) on Edge
