I came on tonight to finish opening my Noc chests and they are gone, over 100 chests just missing. With the unexpected maintenance they said we had until tomorrow to open. Where are my chests, this is totally unfair. I just did the trading post, gathered etc and those chests have not even shown up. What is happening? I also just gathered, etc and those chests did not even show up.

No response as of yet, extraordinarily disappointed. It was stated very clearly the maintenance would allow for an extension and yet MANY players lost out on gathering, etc. because it was not extended after 6 am. I’m lucky I gathered beforehand but what in the actual name, y’all deserve compensation

As far as I know, all of mine are still here, so I dunno what happened to y'all. Didn't have a problem gathering today either. Sorry that happened to you

I am unsure what happened to you, but all of my chests are still in my hoard (or they were 'til I opened them). Have you checked your vault and AH history?

i got so scared since i was in the same situation but i just checked and i still have mine. im so sorry you lost yours :o(

Just an FYI as none on here can really help (have you checked your vault, PM, AH and CR history?) but even without the extension chests were never going to disappear yesterday. Chests turn into the blue dust item on the 5th, so whatever you're experiencing is unrelated to the extension hiccup.
Try sending in a Contact Us message, as the bug report forum is primarily for aggregate info and users supporting other users, not staff responses.

Dandydots change your password to something secure.. if someone logged/hacked into your account & sent the chest via message then deleted the message, there would be no history!
