A friend of mine on FR told me she is having a lot of trouble with buttons. She sent me this list of things she can't do:

-Pinkerton's plundering pile - the take item button is sometimes unresponsive (yesterday it was, today it wasn't)
- i can't bond with some random familliars, buttons not responding.
- i can't always trade with Crim, even if i have the item. everytime this happens, i miss 500t or even more :(
- the Festive favors and AH shops are sometimes useless for me, because the 'buy' buttons are unresponsive/ i can't list anything for auction thanks to unresponsive button.
- i cannot always feed my dragons, unresponsive buttons.
- sometimes i can't even do the routine login because the login button itself is unresponsive.

My friend is having the same problem to the point of not being able to post to the forums because the 'submit' button doesn't work.

He uses Firefox.

He was able to play fine last night, but everything broke after the new day.

- He can't get his item from Pinkerton
- Can't convert or sell items
- Can't feed his dragons
- Can't open chest items
- Can't interact with familiars
- He CAN trade with Crim oddly enough
- Can only get the little drop down menu beside his name to work on the front page, and only sometimes. Doesn't work on any other page.

Basically, anything that requires that little 'loading' box to come up doesn't work.

My friend is having this issue too.

- Can't feed dragons
- Can't convert or sell food (and most likely other hoard items as well)
- Can't open chests
- Can't bond with familiar
- Can't see Messages
- And a lot more, basically, it seems like nothing but "Hatch" and "Gather" buttons work.

This happens in both Chrome and Firefox.

@Salience My friend can't submit to the forums either. Sometimes I have to log into her account for her to look after her dragons because she can't. I think my friend uses Google Chrome.

@CockyCorn My friend is having all those issues but I don't think she can gather stuff either.

Necro-ing this thread because a friend of mine is having the same issues, specifically

-unable to feed dragons
-unable to convert food
-unable to post to the forums

I'm pretty sure this is only the least of what could be going on but the buttons are not working. They're using Chrome as a browser. Does a fix to this problem exist?

Update: For some reason all the buttons are working if the window is set to incognito mode.

Have him/her clear cache and cookies. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling their browser.

That goes for anyone else, too!
