I purchased an Underbelly gene off the AH just now (Datestamp on the AH email: Oct 06, 2013, 11:05:32) and while the gene was delivered to my mailbox, clicking the link to collect it did not transfer the gene to my inventory. The mail no longer has any attachments, so I can't just try again.
The treasure for the purchase was deducted from my account (~137k) so I'm basically out both the treasure and the gene.

Addendum: In going to check my AH historybefore contacting the admins directly re: this, I noticed that the auction date for today is listed as follows:
