Hey pals !!! I'm heavily in the planning process of making a fursuit, and I was wondering if someone out there would be willing to chat with me and throw ideas back and forth! I'm feeling a little stuck.

I think its really impressive you're putting together a fursuit, I'm not a furry myself but I have an online friend who put together one of her oc and geez the amount of time and effort thrown into that thing was insane. But yeah I'm probably not going to be much help but I know theres huge fb communities that just consist of people discussing design ideas and construction tips on their projects if you're not already involved in one you should check it out it helped my mate out heaps when she was making hers.

starcrosse Hey, I haven't done a fursuit before, but I do design and make costumes and I've sewn fur before (mostly on plushies), so I'd love to talk about anything!

I kinda wanna get one made by CarniFURous of my fursona, but I don't have money to spare so it'll be a few years. I miss prancing around and cheering people up ;o; I used to have one by TunnySaysIDK and it had a terrible, terrible accident in a restaurant... [war flashbacks]

[center]:D Hey im Monsterroo on FA and Ive made a few suits- but I'm still a beginner. Here's the almost finished heads I made from scratch

Awesome to hear ya are working on a suit. I am currently working on 3 and helped make a few of Fur Happens suits. I don't know much about airbrushing, but I know a lot of the basics, and where to get information, if ya ever need help!

Drpencil Thank you so much! I'm really worried about sewing the fur for the body so any and all advice would be great! I've got a sewing machine but I'm not all that handy with it. I had planned on hot gluing everything, honestly, ack

FauxCorgi Y E S ! Send me all of the references, every reference, I need them desperately ! Prancing is the exact reason I want a fursuit; you can't be sad in a fursuit :3 It's a bummer your suit had an accident, I bet it was super cute!
