Not sure if it's in Paint Tool SAI, because I use MediBang, but there should be a correction tab somewhere. It should expand all the way to 30 or 50.
The higher you go, the more delayed the line will be, which makes it easier to make straight and non-shaky lines.
I use a correction of about 30 for lineart, and for just sketching I have a correction of 0.
(It could also be called Stabilizer, I'm not quite sure haha)

If you have a drawing tablet then, like Thysteria said, you should use the Stabilizer. On SAI it's located in the top row of buttons and goes from 1-15 and S-1 to S-7. I usually use 15 for general lineart and S-3 for longer smoother lines. The S stabilizers work by making the line lag behind the actual cursor so I wouldn't recommend doing a whole piece on S-7!
Also, try to use long and quick strokes. The slower you try to go I've found the shakier the line ends up being.
