I was in the mood to do some costume design and here are the results. These are based a lot on my headcanons surrounding what exaltation is and how that works and if I get a minute I might drop some of that in this thread as well.
Spire engineers are responsible for overseeing the operation of lightning farm collection towers and leading maintenance and repairs for them. They undergo rigorous training and preparation before receiving their certifications and are known for being incredibly knowledgeable.
Ice Flight's Exalted Guard patrol Icewarden's prisons as well as the watch towers that dot the territory. They are responsible for the capture of fugitives and criminals as well as shade entities not only from their own territory but from sornieth at large.
The Steel Forgemasters (not to be confused with their gold, silver, copper, and jewel counterparts) oversee Ashfall's steel mills, forges, and refineries. They are often heralded as the most skilled in their fields, but often don't do much more than give orders...
The Messenger Corps runs Sornieth's most extensive postal service. MC Couriers can cover any delivery continent wide, but mostly serve the Windswept Plateau and surrounding territories.

The Fortress guard's uniform is designed such that even the frailest nature dragon could brave an icefields winter. The cape and lantern are almost oppressively cozy.
Rank as well as ward of service are displayed on the shoulder cop and sash. The fabric is woven with tiny intricate patterns usually sewn by the guards themselves in their free time. |

The Forgermaster's garb is both protection and a symbol of status.
Bright colors ensure that they stand out even in the dim interior of the workplaces they oversee while thick fabric and leather guards them against the intense heat indoors and the considerable cold outdoors. |

Bright and colorful garb meant to be as visible as possible. Bells tied to the wrists, ankles, and collar ensure that any recipients are informed well ahead of time that a courier is inbound.
The messenger's bag and map kit are a staple of the ensemble. Each member of the corps is encouraged to customize their equipment. |
