I have a list of template threads saved up but I don't recall which have nice minimalist ones since they're just compilations full of what the person has made. Perhaps you'll find something you like though? (Pretty sure some of these have some more simpler layouts but I'm not sure which degree of simplicity you're looking for)

shalt my dragon’s bios are nice and minimal because I threw them together myself. It’s just column code, a few FR item pics, and some horizontal dividers. Maybe artwork if I have it made. I don’t like all the other things that are usually in bio templates.
If you like the bios of my dragons, I can help you learn the code to do it yourself? Just a word of warning, the column and item codes aren’t great to view on phones. It’s a compatibility issue that FR has, I think. Tablets and PCs are always fine for me though.
