Just for fun I am going to convert the Flight Rising dragon breeds to the statistics used in Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition.
I averaged 5th editions Monster Manual dragon stats and will be using these statistics to modify the base Coliseum FR stats given in the Flight Rising wiki. These base stats will be used for Wyrmlings with size being used for the adult.
I will use the following attribute conversions:
Qck = d&d Hit Dice, Def = d&d Armor Class (note flying adds two to AC to determine d&d challenge rating so all FR AC are reduced by 2 to get the actual 5th edition armor), Str = d&d strength, Agi = d&d dexterity, Vit = d&d constitution, Int = d&d intelligence, Mnd = d&d wisdom, and d&d Charisma is an average of Int and Mind.
Breath weapon will depend on what flight the dragon belongs to.
Here is the first Example
Wyrmling Bogsneak
Small dragon, neutral (usually water)
Armor Class: 13 (natural armor 5)
Hit Points: 22 (7d6-2)
Speed: 20 ft, Fly 40 ft., Swim 20 ft.
Str 7 (-2) Dex 6 (-2) Con 7 (-2) Int 6 (-2) Wis 6 (-2) Cha 6 (-2)
Saving Throws: Dex +0 Con +0 Wis +0 Cha +0
Skills: Perception +0, Stealth +0
Damage immunities: varies by flight
Arcane (psychic), Earth (force), Fire (fire), Ice (cold), Light (radiant), Lightning (lightning), Nature (poison), Plague (necrotic), Shadow (acid), Water (fire), or Wind (thunder).
Senses: blindsight 10 ft., darkvision 120 ft. passive perception 8
Languages: Draconic
Challenge: ½ (100 XP) proficiency: +2
Ambusher: In the first round of combat, the bogsneak has advantage on attack rolls against any creature it has surprised.
Amphibious: The dragon can breathe air and water.
Keen Senses: the dragon has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight, hearing, or smell.
ACTIONS
Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +0 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d10-2) point piercing damage.
Breath (Recharge 5-6): The dragon exhales in a 10 foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 8 Dexterity saving throw, taking 14 (4d6) points of damage on a Failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
What do you think? Next will be the rest of the Bogsneak age categories.
