I don't have any dragons, but how do you feel about existing chars, especially non realistic mechanics?
If mechanical aren't your thing, I can leave some humanoids. Admittedly, my mechanic are top priority though, lol.

He's a huge jerk and the God of Darkness, and enjoys making others squirm by scraping his claws against things, especially things that make chilling sounds. Otherwise, he also enjoys crushing everything under his boots and being pampered - Especially by having his claws sharpened and filed and his boots rubbed and shined.
