Dragon Share

edit: I'm currently reading the posts and wow some of these stories are so sweet ;-; Looks like we all got dragons we just can't let go of :'D Keep sharing them folks! --- Back when I was a newbie I'd fall in love with every other dragon in the AH and end up buying at least a dragon a day. What was your first dragon you snapped off the AH? Do you still have them? Did you ever regene them? Do they fit in with your lore at all? Share your stories! I love learning about these special dragons because it's just so interesting to see how everyone's taste changes as they mature on the site; I know my tastes sure did haha! --- I'll start! This lovely girl was originally Speckle/Eye Spots, her tert kinda makes me wanna cry now but back then I wasn't concerned with terts since "I'll never be able to afford gene scrolls anyway!" - oh innocent young me. She ended up becoming a part of my first coli team and just sat around my lair not really having much lore; she just existed. I remember I oddly wanted her to be a Ms. Frizzle of my clan, no idea what I was thinking. Well after about 1.5 years I earned up some treasure and went on a lair purge getting rid of all of my older dragons from my newbie days cause Dom needs all the lair space. She was about to get exalted, but on a whim I decided to scry her and wow she looked amazing with Piebald/Paint. And here she is now decorated in silks and junk haha! She still doesn't have any lore, nor does she grind in the coli, but she's a keeper. [s]....just ignore her tert

She was a basic tundra in orange, green and obsidian when I first bought her and was two days older than my progen. I will not admit to how many breed, gene and scatterscrolls she has gone through. [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=73578] [img]http://flightrising.com/rendern/350/736/73578_350.png[/img] [/url] Kujaku was my first imperial, back when they were for 2000 gems easily. He was purple, blue and green-or something in those tones, I cannot recall the exact colors now. He has been through a number of scatterscrolls.

I can remember staring at my computer screech, eyes burning as I played fair games endless to purchase him! He will be going threw some gene change but I cant see myself ever parting with him.

I only have two of my original dragons left, the rest have long since been sold. I honesty don't know why i decided to keep him. I don't even remember why i had him in the first place.

@SirLeafheart My first purchase was Zmarada! [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=9011858] [img]http://flightrising.com/rendern/350/90119/9011858_350.png[/img] [/url] I remember wanting a Nature dragon to balance out the Plague of my other three dragons (my datefriend gifted me one of their hatchlings). Her genes are still the same as they were when I bought her, the only thing that's really changed is my interpretation of her character. She now has lore as basically a missionary for Nature, and is kind of my lair's main antagonist at this point (considering her goal is to eliminate Plague & The Plaguebringer altogether). Also, she was born on Christmas!

Honestly, I can't remember the first dragon I never brought but I'm pretty sure it was this handsome boy.... He's a year old, and I love him to bits!! I'm trying to fit him in my lore more but for now, he's the just the Tracker in my clan's Knight Guild. ((SylphStratus is such a stunning lady!! btw))
