I got primal.
I really like primal Arcane eyes, so anything emphasizing that would be cool. Breed change okay, any genes okay except hypnotic (gives me a headache). If you think I should go grab a scatterscroll and try my luck with his colors let me know. Go wild.

Falcon and Runes together seem to make the primal stand out.
I just threw Seraph on his wings because i thought it looked nifty, shimmer or anything else should work fine.

@LilacDreams I came up with a couple of scries that I think look good (although expensive). I find that crystal makes him a really nice colour to fit the eyes, even adding some purple to his body! (very subtle on most breeds). Then the bee wings add this sparkle, like the night sky. Firefly I thought was nice as it doesn't add too much yellow, and I am a fan of yellow firefly!
Here's a couple of breeds I thought brought out the eyes best:
