You know that one dragon. The one you love, the one with the unusual outfit, the one with the backstory that's meaningful to you... but never seems to be picked in favorite 'above you' threads. Post your own fave here and gush about them! The ones that don't often get picked for threads but nonetheless steal your hearts are welcome here. This boy is that for me. I snagged him off the AH for a steal as a level 25 triple obs. He even came perfectly named and I didn't feel the need to change it. I slapped an Elim on him and he's a staple of my team now. His outfit came together out of odds and ends and he finally got to wear the Forgotten Child accent that I LOVE but never had a perfect dragon for. He's my sweet boy and I love him. Oh man, what a handsome obsid and gold boy! <3 For me it's Malphas. he's a rescued oldie I picked up a few years ago. He's not a gen1, not a fancy breed. I don't even like tundras haha. My boi Echo here is not usually chosen in those "favorite dragon" threads. He's the first special eyed dragon I have (faceted), and he is dressed pretty nicely. I adore his lore: he is a blind dragon that found a way to overcome his difficulties and excel at magic, eventually becoming the apprentice of a powerful mage.

Firzen is one of my favourite one. He is on my first page along with my other top favourites but rarely gets picked. His hatch day is the same day as my registration day and therefore he has been with me since very beginning. @Scavenging sweet girl! I love how much motion the female mirror art has. brown-range dragons are so lovely and she is evidence of that!

I really like the affect of the opal on the wingtips and being rimmed by the accent. The black and gold theming is overall really nice. Red and Purple might be an acquired taste.
