So, was looking for a nice sanddollar G1 female, and I came across a 3 year old dragon sitting in someone's exalt tab waiting to be sacrificed. She was perfect for what I wanted so I couldn't let that happen to her. I think he may have been a miss-price, but many would have just exalted him without question. When looking for a cheap gen1 4/20 hatch, I came across Haze. She didn't look all that great, but something drew me to her. I checked some genes and realized she had the same accent colour in all three of her colours AND her eye colour and decided to give her skink, toxin and buttercup!! I love her and am super happy with how she came out and how lovely her outfit and skin are for her!! I can't believe I only bought her for about 8000 treasure, and that she ended up being such a gem!! @Kataracts I love genes with accent colors. It can make a lot of things work that you wouldn't think could. She's a nice bog lady.

@Nectaris Yeah gotta wonder, he's so matchy. But sometimes people don't find value in well, colors they don't like personally.

I still love her with all my heart. She's the reason I have way too many fandragons now. She's the one who convinced me Tundra ladies are Great, Actually At least half my lair is fodder rescues, most of which gen1s. My den is full of gene projects though, which comes with the AH Window Shopping hobby :v

@Nulume I find it hard for myself to leave a gene basic, but you've certainly dressed them well to compensate. Got a nice fake underbelly that spiral has.

@DragonArbock Oh yeah. im that kind of gen1 fan that is ok with a tert as basic.
The SD could work with underbelly tbh but im too lazy to save for it.
Ahd yeah the fake underbelly for the plague one is actually awesome. matches so well with his other 2 genes. <3
