This is the twins, Viola & Sebastian. They were born to Isolde, the leader of my Weyr's fighting dragons, with the intent that she would train them with all of the other young adults to send off to the Gladekeeper to fight against Arcane. However, they had other plans, fleeing into the woods together. Other dragons eventually followed, forming a second group of dragons loosely aligned with the main Weyr, called "the Artist's Colony" or just "The Colony." Rumors abound in the main Weyr about what goes on in the Colony, up to and including that Viola and Sebastian are lovers, but that's just a scare tactic older dragons use to try to keep younger ones from joining -- often to no avail.
