You may have heard of a thing called the Novosaur. I originally heard of it through Tumblr.
Basically, Novosaurs are chickens that are genetically modified to more closely resemble their ancient dinosaur relatives. These things are absolutely adorable, if you've never heard of them look them up.
Anyway, according to the Tumblr post I saw, Novosaurs won't be available to buy as pets for at least ten years. What a bummer.
But, if you could get one now, then why should you?
