[i]If you take a glance at your map, you'll notice a stranded location filled with uncombed paths that can lead you in circles, where the edges of Dragonhome, Viridian Labyrinth, and Tangled Wood meet at a center. Many dragons choose to fly over this area because of how bland it may seem... But what they miss- is a small, comforting restaurant below them, built inside a hollow trunk of a huge, elderly oak tree with a wooden sign hung by tattered rope, wrapped around one of the tree's branches reading 'Voski's Noodle Tavern'. The door is always open, as it welcomes travelers from far and wide to a mouth-watering smell of a wide variety of noodle dishes that can tarnish the worst of hunger.

Voski, a kind Skydancer who just adores cooking, especially for others, just wiping the counter clean humming to himself. His precious Lilyfowl familiar waddles over and pulls back a stool for you to sit. Voski's greets you kindly as he reaches for his pen and pocket notebook, his voice is as sweet as honey.[/i]

What would they order? Where are they coming from? Who are they?
I had this post float around a while back, but since I was gone for a long time and received so many replies to this topic- I decided to start over from scratch! To keep it slightly easier on myself, I would like to do only 2-3 replies per person just so the feed doesn't get all cluttered if that makes sense! Plus it's fun to do small RPs with people to get to know their amazing, traveling dragons :)

Octavius slowers his gait, the aroma of newly cooked food tempted him inside the charming tavern. He sheds the drenched cowl that previously protected his face from the bitter rain and idles in front of the door.

Voski tilted his gaze up at the large figure standing at the door, placing a glass cup on the counter in front of him. Swinging his hand towel to rest on his shoulder, a warm grin across the skydancer's face "Good evening. Are you hungry traveler? You must be if you've been on this road for hours." Voski asks as his Lilyfowl partner grabs a stool for the new guest. "I'll serve you any soup you desire"

A gaoler walks into the tavern, eager to rest his weary feet. He smiles at the familiar and takes a grateful seat. He was eager to get home to his mate and clan; he'd been away from them for far too long, although he had a very decent amount of profits to share.

Listening to the traveler's words and stories respectively as he pulls out his pen and note pad, "You can stay and rest as much as you need. Do you have a soup in mind to try on this day?" Voski asks tilting his head with a kind smile.

The Winterbelle produces a hardy flower that can withstand being completely frozen. When it is thawed it produces a pleasant scent that attracts drowsy insects and dragons with a sweet tooth.

Hyann tilted his head to the side. "Do you have any sort of rat soup? We had to eat a lot of rats in the Tangled Woods, and honestly I became rather fond of them in soup form." He pulled out a map and checked his location, and then chuckled.
"Good thing Ionn's not here; she is notoriously bad with directions."

Two wildclaws walk in. The first one, who looks like a female is definitely an automaton. Probably the product of some crazed lightning dragon. The second one follows her, acting like a big brother. he seems nice. The mechanical wildclaw walks to a table and just stands there. The male wildclaw then sits down at the stool. Their two familiars, both of whom seem well-dressed, look at the lilyfowl with disgust. "ignore them" The male wildclaw says. "How much is a good cut of meat cake?"
"I dont eat" the female wildclaw says. "I am Emma. He is Henry. He is my brother."

His Lilyfowl familiar waddles over to the gaoler, looking at the map in awe adoring the markings and stains.
Voski gets creative in his kitchen, boiling noodles and cooking meat till it's rare, numerous open jars all around him. He comes out to where his guest sat, offering a wooden bowl filled with a savory ramen. The noodles long and thick swimming in a glistening broth, placed on top are a few slices of a well cooked [i]Roan Mouse[/i] meat that has been glazed with a brush stroke of [i]Honey[/i] before being pan fried, and a small handful of [i]Sea Grass[/i] on the side to crunch on.
"Enjoy your meal, hopefully I fulfilled your tastes."

Voski looks amazed at the clothing worn by his guests and the metal/electronic touchings on the female wildclaw, the skydancer snaps out of his gaze and nods his head to Henry and Emma. "It's nice to meet you both. No payment really necessary, but it will take a moment to prep a fresh slice if you have the time to wait." Voski explains washing his hands before getting the meat cake slice for the hungry wildclaw. "What brings you here? Had a long journey?" Voski questions curiously.
