So I was trying to breed for a specific trio of colors and I found this fellow. It was not an easy color range to breed for. And here was this gent, ALMOST EXACTLY what I wanted for genes and colors... except one color. Off by like, three on the color wheel. And costing gems.
Okay, I said to myself, this lad's good breeding material. He's not much gems? How can I not get him? I'll breed him, I said, then decide what to do with this gem dragon.
And then... then he just kept growing on me. And today I'm like "I LOVE THIS DRAGON SO MUCH."

Leor was one of the failed products of a breeding project of mine, but like he's a pretty double and got faceted eyes on top of that.... I couldnt say no if I tried [s]I was supposed to sell him for $$$$ but I just couldn't[/s]

He and his siblings were bred from a pair that I have that’s kinda just fodder breeding at this point- I’ve always loved stained dragons like this, so I had bought s guy to match my gal I had, but more on that in a few.
I had trouble selling them, so I decided to exalt the trio. Gave them silly names and managed to exalt the first two, but I just...couldn’t exalt him.
Now, Ballpoint’s dad was not the first guy I had not for Vera, the mother. I had bought Mante a bit before.

Now, around the time I bought him, I didn’t exactly [i]like[/i] ghost much, especially colors that weren’t white/pastel, so I thought I’d have the drive to get him stained. But I’ve never been strong, so I kinda decided I’d just find another guy. By the time I decided this, though, I had already grown stupidly attached to Mante. Now he’s one of my favorites to look at and try stuff on.
