I think if you like her and you aren't in need of lair space I don't see why not keep her, you can always change your mind and exalt her later!
If you are the type of person to get attached to random hatchlings and have them hanging around in your lair a lot, you can create an outfit for her. If you are in love, keep her. If you're still unsure, I (personally) would just exalt her.
Also, I'm in love with her, she is so pretty!

This would be my recommendation as well. I've done this a few times; sometimes I end up keeping the dragon, and sometimes I don't, but having more time to decide helps. :D
