Mareka here is absolutely definitely a pirate and the fact that she currently lives in a landlocked city-state is utterly irrelevant, as is the fact that she's not actually part of anyone's crew at the moment. His crew isn't known for violence so much as overwhelming ill-prepared merchant vessels and helping himself to their spoils, which he argues are usually gotten through illicit means in the first place. Stealing stolen goods isn't stealing in itself, right? His crew consists of his sons [url=https://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=2028585]Hokuikekai[/url], the first mate, [url=https://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=2390569]Nawai[/url], the lookout (especially important on a pirate vessel on the run from the law!) and [url=https://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=4137887]Aukai[/url], the Navigator. None of them looks particularly piratical, though, and most are just in the family business because they didn't know what else to do with their lives. Though she may be a humble cabin girl now, she knew all along that piracy was her calling, and she hopes to succeed her uncle as captain one day. For now, she's content learning the ropes and poking fun at her cousins. [url=https://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=27064714] [img]https://flightrising.com/rendern/350/270648/27064714_350.png[/img] [/url] Kanaloa's little brother Makai is the newest member of the crew, and he's developing into quite a combat master, which is an oddity on a ship that doesn't see a whole lot of combat. He mostly maintains the ornamental weaponry and spars with Artaban to keep his skills sharp.

i have 3 pirates! the first one has all the lore, the others i still need to write their own lore for - but they're some of my most beloved dragons.
