I think he looks stunning.
I took a look at his character traits you wrote and, I think it fits nicely for him according to your lore. He has poison skin which got me thinking, maybe he sells the gems that shed off to specialists to use in tricking thieves that think they found any easy bit of gold. I know a few of my dragons would buy for such reasons.

He's beautiful! The gembond blends quite well with his colors/accent and apparel, IMO.
