Alright so I recently rediscovered my love for 'ancient civilazation' kind of themes, including ancient gods and eldritch abominations. So now I wanna see YOUR ancient dragons (not necessarily the breed) and tell me a bit about them if you want! Also, here's my current eldritch abomination project. He's not finished yet but I'm on it. He's gonna be some kind of revived being from god knows where and mayybe a king? @Juneau I LOVE your taste in ancient dragons. Especially lacerta. The combination of the wig with the ghastcrown gives her such a spooky look(TM) (also i really llike the combination of ancient abomations with space. So good!)

@Reilata oh wow, first of all i have a WEAKNESS for brownrage dragons and woah. I love how spooky they look with that accent. It fits so well with those colors

I don't do lore as such (too much work lol) but I have visions of how I want to dress my dragons. My clan’s lore is centered around an Ancient Greek-esque theme. I still have a lot of work to do with organizing my lore but I can share a little bit. The founding matriarch is a Celestial Titan that came to Sornieth with her mate deep in the past. Wishing for a simpler existence so that they could devote themselves to raising a family without the pressures of governing a planet of their own, they were content to pose as mortal dragons. Of course gradually others joined them and that formed the core of the clan. In the case of Magna’Mater, which I posted below, she is revered within the clan. She is so revered that much of the infighting that forms the main plot was inadvertently caused by her. He’s based on the figure in literature of the king in yellow, and he rules over the desert in my lore known as the Court of Dust. He’s constantly trying to expand his influence through desertification and corrupting other dragons to do his bidding. He’s not a very nice dude.

He has lore that explains what happened to him and his clan. [url=https://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=49946101] [img]https://flightrising.com/rendern/350/499462/49946101_350.png[/img] [/url] Balder's counterpart is Bellatrix, Leader of the Umbra Witches. Bellatrix has lore explaining her war with the Lumen Sages and the Dragon Hunts. Himiko is a powerful Lumen Sage and she is the first Lumen Sage to awaken from her long slumber. The Lightweaver put her in a magically induced coma to help her heal and hide from the other gods during the Dragon Hunts.
