This Tiberius, does he look better with stained? Any other tertiary gene? Leave as is? I'd appreciate your opinion.

For Tiberius, I actually like him better non-Stained! He's got that nature-look going on.
But then for Cael, Stained is my forte for him.

Thank you for your help confirming what i thought. Tiberius is done and Cael will get Stained eventually. Just spent my gems on finishing my wind rep so time to start saving again.
