As an appreciators of layered and heavy apparel, I think he looks fine as is!
If you wanted to cut back on the bulk, it would help if you layered the halo under the guise or remove it entirely to prune down the leafyness around the head.

I think it looks okay! But moving the halo underneath everything and putting the standard on the top help a little I think.
