We’ve all searched the AH and just saw one dragon who was either quite the eyesore, has an unfortunate name, or both of those. Yet something inside says “buy it, no one else will.” and you DO.
I want to see those dragons, they deserve love and praise!

She had an unfortunate name, and also genes. I grew to love her and shes now the best fighter in the clan. I changed nothing about her, she embraces her name. Don’t mess with her or its on SIGHT.

She had an unfortunate name, and also genes. I grew to love her and shes now the best fighter in the clan. I changed nothing about her, she embraces her name. Don’t mess with her or its on SIGHT.

I nipped this primal boi at near fodder prices, to discover that he came from the fodder nest of one of my favorite accent makers! He’s gonna get a full makeover despite being irredeemably ugly

Blightbringer was an ugly fodder dragon with a weird name, and somehow I fell in love with him on sight. Not in the sense of 'this dragon has hidden potential', just 'oh he's a disaster and I'm already attached'. I gave him a couple new genes and a skin and he [i]almost[/i] looks respectable now (until you look at his silly lore anyway).

these two, sentinel (ridgie) and willow (WC) were unwanted leftovers from people's mass hatches. both were on the exaltation block and got responses from their original owners like "ew no burn them with fire" but with a lil TLC, even the most unlikely color combo can be rehabilitated into something beautiful! :')

Recently things have been really hard for me and right now, it’s hard to pretend like everything is ok so people don’t worry themselves, but Forget makes me remember that even if other people value me so low, I’ll have my place out there somewhere, where I am appreciated and loved for just being me.

I don't know if Luck counts, because he was more a pity keep than a pity buy. I was picking up fodder one day and when I realized he was 4 years old and named Luck I had to keep him. I gave him fade and the most amazing outfit and now he has a forever home.
