Balafire! Wow, I love his colors! His reds look so nice, I'm in love with his arrow, and that ragged looks so wonderful, and that skeletal just ties it all together! I also love how his familiar matches with his colors. He is such a pretty dragon!

Adding the accent and apparel to him, gives such a appealing and good working look, I love it! The eyes fits perfectly too with swirl @w@, with that little detail you give him cool vibes :3
