Something that is probably life-threatning (so healing I guess). I'm trying to look for a curse that basically has a long-term effect on their life.

Judging by the name, I thought perhaps the "curse" could be hemophilia, but that wouldn't work for a coli boy like him. It could be something else blood related, like whenever he cuts himself the blood burns him, and unless it's cleaned up immediately, he'll only bleed more.

Maybe like a curse that every wound inflicted upon him can never heal, he won’t bleed out from it, but the pain and the wound is still there

What if he had a curse where tiny holes open up in his skin, slowly getting larger and deeper. Tissue becomes exposed and eventually there may be holes that go straight through him.

A curse where his bones are made of something unpleasant? Like glass or stone or metal. Heavy and/or brittle. With the added fun that they don’t heal if broken cos they’re not “alive”.
Though... thinking abt it... gold would be good. Bones made of gold. They would be very heavy and kinda soft. They would probably bend (maybe even under his weight?) and he’d have to bend them back to shape. There would also be the added irony of having that much gold but having it in just the worst way possible, and there’s the added spice of a possibility of he having some kind of rival or hunter-sort of character after him who just... covets that golden skeleton for their trophy. You know. That’s kinda messed up tho.
