being an oldie, i've seen a lot of genes rise up and go out of style as more visually appealing genes came into circulation. i being one of them, it occurred to me recently that some people may still intentionally go for genes that they don't really like or care for, or ones that you just DON'T see when folks ask for scrys of their newly hatched g1s.

so! i'm curious, are there folks out there who are still really into the clown primary/eye spots secondary genes? whether apart with another gene or paired together, i want to see folks' permas that are DEFINITELY going to keep clown/eye spots. reignite my 2013 love for them, so to speak

i unfortunately don't have any dragons for the thread so please help me CLOWN IT UP in here!!

@TangledRoots AAAAA kalina looks SO good with clown, i hadn't considered how amazing female tundras specifically look with it... i have only one tundra and she's a female so i might.......... @Grune mona is my favorite of the three, that accent is really working double-time to bring the whole thing together without overwhelming the design!! @Cryoluxa albus is now MY favorite too, what kind of dragon can manage to make clown, eyespots AND circuit work???? esmira looks cute too but i love how you just covered up one eye spot with another LOL @mothscale that scry is peak 2014 clown (ignoring the capsule) and it takes me Back. also i LOVE that grapefruit eyespots, that's wild the way it presents on female imps specifically... i forgot all about the fade along the wings @Leopardmask i remember when splash clown was popular........... i think my favorite usage of clown is when the accent color is darker, it always looked weird to me the other way around. also i am LOVING hudson, eye spots is just subtle enough that it works when genes like skink might not @StygianZinogre i now stan sandstrider thank you for showing me Her. brown clowns are literally perfection and you have shown me The Light @pheelthemoment i forgot how much i love clown on male mirrors wow!! all of them are adorable and i'm loving the way they're incorporated with some of the newer genes (that smirch...!!) @Bogsneep your progen is so pretty... mine is unfortunately expensive as hell so i won't be able to show her off for a long time but wowwwww also i lied i have ONE dragon with eyespots that i don't really have any plans to change and it's my gorgeous girl raudiryix [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/2795376][img]https://www1.flightrising.com/rendern/350/27954/2795376_350.png[/img][/url]
