[i]Update:[/i] I may not reply to your addition at this point in the thread bc it's hard to come up with stuff to say other than a variation of 'cool dragon' unless I know the franchise, but I promise I can see and am very much enjoying looking at all of these fandragons! I would also suggest going through the thread, you might find other fans of the thing you like ;D
Most of my fandragons are for series that are technically pretty popular, or at least have several thousand fans, but it's really hard to tell how popular they are [i]on this site[/i] - especially since I never go on the General Discussion forums.
Are there Yogscast fans here that still remember The Blackrock Chronicles? Are there people who were fans of Pilot before the artist deleted all their social media? Etcetera.
My most niche fandragon is probably Renbob... partially because I can't imagine there are many other people who've bothered to make Hermitcraft fandragons, although I know there are fans on the site.

my niche fandragons are definitely my dreameaters. They're based on the Dream Eaters from Kingdom Hearts, which only really prominently feature in one game. I have a sort of hope that one day I'll get all the common Spirits, but for right now I only have two non-special Spirits in my den and they don't get a lot of love.

....Then again the movie came out in 1968, so I guess most people have only seen the (also great) reboot of Planet of the Apes rather than the original movies.

Also, I read 'weird dinosaur names' and instantly zoomed to your lair to look. For some reason I recognised the name Concavenator but don't actually know the dinosaur? Weird.

I asked my brother if he knew what a Dream Eater was, because he's actually played some Kingdom Hearts games, but he says it must be from one he hasn't played. Best of luck in your hope though. That's a very pretty dragon, too!
