why the bizzare ruleset, you ask?
the first egg i ever found through scavenging and hatched back in 2015 gave me this gal here, who i've treasured ever since.

if you would like to sell or donate dragons to me for this project, you are very welcomed to do so![b] i will gladly take and/or buy your x/blood dragons.[/b] (i'm a bit of cheapskate though, nothing >50g or 75kt please. [save for cases that i know are never gonna be cheap on the AH; namely blood/blood, of course, but also ones like white/blood and obsidian/blood to some extent. i'm willing to go a lot higher on those if you're willing to offer one.)
for the time being, aquiring them isn't really hard, so i'll probably only bother sharing a dragon here once i've got them outfitted and hopefully worked out a bit of lore for them.
[also if you want to make some outfits for any of the more barren ones, i'm totallty open to suggestions! i'll probably give you some compensation if i end up using it or its ideas.]

lore for the two dragons in the op: Naomi [grey/blood] and Thaylena [gold/blood]
naomi has a lot of warmth to give both in the literal sense, and that of her caring demeanor. her amiabiltiy and willingness to solve disputes quickly lent her to favor among the elders among the clan. [particularly the
founder, as he tends to be something of a chew toy for rambunctious new hatchlings.] it wasn't long before she found a penchanant and a passion for putting her flame to use in the coliseum, traning alongside and soon surpassing her mentor
Kopek. she's become one of the clan's strongest fighters, streghtening the team through her fiery advantages and sturdy body.
when not battling, naomi can often be found relaxing with thaylena as she reads.
thaylena prefers a quieter life, and parted ways with her old clan when they picked up to move on elsewhere, being directed here by an old friend. she spends a great deal of her time reading, and will generally keep to herself around the fringes of the more active parts of the lair, idly enjoying the dull background noise of others going about their business. she enjoys a wide variety of literature, and is always happy to give recommendations to someon looking for a good book or story to get into. she'll often read aloud to naomi when they're rogether, but she knows naomi typically isn't as interested in the book itself so much as simply hearing her voice.
also, she makes the
best pillow forts.

varsis was not born to or raised among other dragons. for most of her life, she lived out in a swampy forest among podids and dryads and whatnot, frequently helping to defend them and their land from encroaching dragons. she did of course realize that the dragons were technically her kind, but nontheless always felt more at home among beast and beastclan.
unfortunately, one day a new clan settling that area did manage to drive out her and all the other native wildlife there. she spent a good while wandering after that, but quickly found that those creatures who hadn't grown up alongside her were generally afraid of or aggressive towards her, and so she eventually resolved to find a place among other dragons. she decided to simply follow one back to their home, so long as they didn't seem hostile, and as it happened, that ended up being [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/52620017]irelia [/url]returning from a swim.
irelia wasn't really aware she'd been followed until after she got back, but from what could be gleaned from trying to ask varsis where she came from, it became clear she didn't have much of a home.
adjusting to life among other dragons a has been a.....slow process. she's incredibly timid and skittish, constantly smells of dampness and has things tangled in her hair and wings, tends to be clumsy and unaware of/surprised by her own size and strength, and her common draconian is...choppy, at best. even so, she's learning-- gradually becoming more curious and less afraid of the rest of the clan, and for the time being she takes solace with the others that tend to the clan's extraneous familiars.
