... but are just missing a lil' something to be perfect. We all had one of those, right? A dragon you hatched or bred, who could have been exactly what you wanted, but who's just missing a tiny detail to be truly perfect. Sounds nice, right? Magenta is 1 color off from Fushia, and Carrot is 1 color off from Fire... And if he had those colors instead... Alright, I guess this guy just turned into a breeding project... At least he's VERY close to my goal, and being a Gen 1 will help finding a lot of wifes for him, but... He could have it all, uh? Show me some near misses and beautiful dragons who could... Just be a tiny bit better.

Their first nest was a wegg and that baby got the right color tert. @Deoxtri As someone who's been in "breeding Saffron Wasp with a rare combo" before, I feel you. The scry looks amazing though, good luck on getting it!

@Deoxtri the exact same thing happened to me! I'm trying to breed this boy. [morphology=610796] After months of narrowing down colour ranges, I got two nearly perfect eggs. The male is one colour off. She's got ultramarine but honestly, a more teal-ish tertiary, a grey / white / black or even a pinkish tert would work so much better! ;_; (she's going to be basic for good or until I find a better g1 to replace her!)
