Dragon Share

So I recently (this year) started watched the Studio Ghibli films, and I have to say "WHY HAVEN'T I HEARD OF THESE FILMS BEFORE?!?!".

The first one from Ghibli I watched was "The Secret World of Arrietty" or sometimes just called "Arrietty". My mom heard of it from some of her friends, so we decided to sit down one night and watch it.

Needless to say it was beautiful. The art, the details, and the perspectives were something completely new for me. I had never watched a Japanese animation like that one, so I was starstruck.

I know Arrietty might've not been the best Ghibli movie to start off with, but I don't really have any expectations for anything I watch, I just watch it and see if I liked it or not. I'm not too interested in pointing out minor errors or a slightly off plot or things like that.

Anyhow, after Arrietty, I also watched Spirited Away, My Neighbour Totoro, Kiki's Delivery Service, Ponyo, Princess Mononoke, and Howl's Moving Castle. I am also planning to watch Castle in the Sky and Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind soon, so hehe.

Okay so before this turns into a Ghibli appreciation post, I'm going to ask the actual question:

Do any of you guys have Studio Ghibli fandragons? I was thinking of making some of my own, but I don't really have any idea what kind of look(s) I should go for.

If you do have any, please share them! I would love to see some of your ideas for dragons/outfits etc. ^^

(The book it was based on is quite different, but phenomenal! [center]I’ve seen a few of the movies, but so far only have one official fandragon. Oh man, Studio Ghibli is amazing! I don’t have any fan dragons yet but here’s a scry I made to make the Kashira, the three tumbling heads in Yubaba’s office from Spirited Away. I love all the Ghibli movies! Princess Mononoke is my favorite. I really liked Howl’s Moving Castle as well, the fantasy touch in it along with the illustrations were magical! I like your No Face design, he definitely looks shadowy ^^

I loved Mononoke as well! San’s character is really admirable, I’m glad Miyazaki often has capable heroines in his movies. I saw a quote about it the other day, let me see if I can find it.

Aha I found it. On a somewhat unrelated note, I can see why you named your imperial Haku, the resemblance is there!
