Once upon a time I found this cheap yet intriguing dragon on the AH. I couldn't resist buying her, and I've been building up her lore in my head as some kind of arcane accident or spellcaster that doomed herself. Very chaotic and magical energy.
The newest arcane fest apparel is perfect for her look, but beyond that I'm having such a hard time working with her wardrobe. Her colors aren't easy to pull together while at the same time keeping her still on the chaotic energy vibe.

She does lose a few of the eyes on her neck here, but overall I think the combination of bug and bird has quite a chaotic energy.

The Poisonous Wood set has similar greens as her wings, which can help pull them through her body.

The Gossamer Flame can highlight the pinks of her eyes (both her MG and her Feather Fallout), plus the tail jewel has an eye on it. I thought about the Headpiece, but it hides the eyes on her neck too much.

This is translucent, so you can still see the eyes underneath. It's an optional piece, of course, if you feel it covers the eyes too much.
