I like how matchy it is with the tert ----- 2.) I am liking the blend myself. I think it ties in with the diaphanous really well.

That's a tough call... Match the primary, or match the tertiary? I think I'd go blend (man, but veils wear fade/blend well), but both are really valid.

I personally like web more, I feel like the tert stands out better with it. Both combos are very nice, though. He's a beautiful lad!
