I thought the subspecies was pretty much dead, but I found this one on the AH for 8k yesterday:

And she's the granddaughter of one of the original pairs by Dragoness (the subspecies' creator), so she's an actual Zephyr Dancer and not some accident.
Does anybody still breed these? Or even just still own any? I know it's a subspecies with older colors/genes, but they've always been so pretty.

She is an official, I dont know if people still breed any but i do know many still own them :)

Phoenyxx That's good to know! There are a lot of older subpsecies that died when the original creators quit, so it's nice to see that there are still a few out there. Here's hoping that there's somebody with an unrelated pair that can breed me a male.
I listed mine as "official" since both her parents are registered as official, even though Dragoness is gone and nobody can maintain the original subspecies hub. Hopefully this doesn't break any subspecies rules, since how are we going to keep them going if the creator's gone?

Yea id love to see it continue. She has a mate, he is not a zephyr dancer as he is missing secondary to be required, i can always keep a look out for a nice male for you ( as i think my hatchies would be to closely related to your girl)

@Phoenyxx If you find anyone, please let me know. I already breed Copper Caves (another really old subspecies), so it would be nice to start breeding Zephyrs. I'm going to hunt around on Find a Dragon to see if anybody has anything. If anything I'll find two different people with two different Zephyrs and get a male that way.

Summerpapillons I saw her in the exalt rescue hub, and when I clicked on her to see if she was an official zephyr, I saw that she was listed on the AH. I figured I'd buy her, even if it wasn't for much. I was surprised to see her listed for exalt rescue, since a lot of what gets thrown up on the that topic is fodder-quality dragons. It's always a genuine surprise when you see a subspecies get posted.

DeathSpecter She's a zephyr for sure, but maybe some pairs have gotten out where people don't bother putting the information in the bios? Sometimes I forgot to put the Copper Cave info into my hatchling's bios when I sell them.
