I've seen a few of those dragons before, it's always hilarious, too. Just the utter chaos in a single image is amazing.

I believe it's still occasionally possible to get a dragon like this, if a skin is accidentally set by the devs to apply to the wrong breed. If I remember right, a semi-recent fest skin was initially flagged as being for the wrong type of dragon. Unfortunately it was one of the Baldwin skins, so it was caught and fixed before anyone had finished brewing it, so there was no chance to have any fun with it.

You can also at least still preview dragons with mismatched skins using dressing room shenanigans.
