not too sure about 'soapy' (more bubbles and baubles, staff, please!) but here's a couple options:

and i think the starwood veil also has a lovely effect.
he's stunning just on his own/with the accent as well though! good luck with the outfit quest!

Yonderly I had completely forgotten about the starlight unicorn set! It has such a nice hue, it's perfect.
