personally, i'd sell, but that's because i'm not a fan of her either :(
the eye update made it prettyyyy easy to get the eye type you want now
buying a Vial of Elemental Sight and using it on a dragon you actually like sounds like a better investment than trying to scatter or regene her, imo
Her colors are good, some other genes might help her case!

If you put her right back to basic Primary and Secondary genes, she's really pretty! She has a lot of scrying potential, I'd say keep her!
