Not the most interesting story, but I chose his colours because I thought they made him look icy-ish, and blue/yellow is one of my favourite colour combinations... when I joined FR I thought you only got to choose from dragons of your element, so I chose a Mirror because I thought the blue would make him look kinda like an icicle- I didn't realize Mirrors were plague dragons until a couple weeks in! Of course, he's a Coatl now, so I guess that wouldn't really matter. No regrets for his colours though, but the random tert was really tricky to work with for a while.

this love live card lmao, it was my fav card at the time. her name is also inspired by the combination of the character's name translated (sea) and the set this particular card is in (seven lucky gods) (seven seas)
the colors didn't end up matching the card particularly well and white is kind of a tragic color but still love her lots <3

I picked Jungle/Platinum bc I love high contrast and green/purple color schemes. However platinum has mostly red accents for some reason where I was looking for more muted purple greys. The only gene that gave me the look I wanted was iridescent. She looks great in her original genes and colors though. It just took me a long while to save up.

Black and red is my favourite colour combo. Has always been. A white tert would have been nice since black, red and white are my favourite colours, but I got Spring instead. Oh well. Slapped Spines on him and called it a day. His name is Kanrik and he's in my Deep Rock Galactic tan if you wanna see him.

Mine was, I think, white and maize and some sort of blue? I don't remember what my thought process was but there clearly wasn't one. I also didn't know what the tertiary did and, for some reason, concluded that it did nothing.

I chose Seafoam/Jade. I have no regrets, I think she's lovely. I picked them because the colors looked really nice together and matched the Wind flight, which I'd decided to join before even joining the site. She is pretty hard to gene though, because I tend to prefer more contrast between my Primary/Secondary colors.

I was joining water so I wanted a watery dragon. I got very lucky on the tert. I choose two different blues because I wanted contrast. Now I love xxy's, but tbh I still think my progen would look kinda boring as an xxy.
