Hmmm...no hatchlings huh. And you want it to be "elegant". I'll admit that I can understand not really liking Aberrations- Though I am a bit curious as to what makes hatchlings in particular seem freaky (I won't push if you don't wanna say though.)
Well...let's see if I can't make a scry of one of your existing dragons into one. I'll stick with fodder ones for now since I doubt you'd have much attachment to them at the moment.
With the overall restrictions of "no Mucous/Polypore/Slime/Sludge/Fangs" set on myself (as I don't think those genes could be elegant personally without some extreme shenanigans, and I just really dislike Fangs honestly), let's see what I can whip up as examples.
(Ribbon/Weaver/Kumo. Results in a nice borderline pastel green dragon.)
(Crystal/Hex/Firefly with Faceted eyes. If you don't want to be constantly reminded of that eye on the second head's forehead, I'd honestly recommend Faceted! It makes it look more akin to a magic orb than an eye. Slap Faceted on a pink ranged Arcane dragon and bam- instant magician to be honest. Glowing can also do the trick but Faceted's the easier option in my opinion- won't cost you gems at least.)
Unlike the others here, this one's a scry made by another user! They plan on breeding this specific scry into existence more and more and I will be helping that out. :D
The combo here is Fade/Blend/Polypore. Could work well as elegant as a creature of shadows.
Finally... The Aberration I personally have (and will be finishing once the prices go down on the last gene he needs...)
Meet my currently unnamed boy- my first egg item hatch ever. Aberrations saved him from being an eternal mystery in regard to how to gene him- his planned scry is what's showing up here.
I dunno ultimately if this helps prove cute Aberrations exist- I've got a lot of funky/rare colors that most would consider ugly that I find pretty if given love, so my taste is a bit off already. Combine that with instantly loving Aberrations, I may miss the mark here on what you wanna see. But hey, if this does help at all, then I'm glad it does.
