Thing is I have no idea how to dress him as an adult as to my knowlage there isn;t a ton of "party" apperal.
I'm also not sure on what to do for his fam, as it has to be brown to fit his tab's theme.

Excuse me, but this guy is just GORGEOUS.
As for party apparel, you're right; there's not much of it. There are the marva masques, and you can always load him up with flowers, but those are the best ideas I have right now. I guess there are various banner and garland things you can employ too, though.
