Definitely option 2 imo, with plague primal i personally love opting for "as wacky as you can get" with colors/genes if you can't match very well :]c
[font=helvetica]I think #2 is best for "maximum wacky," and I really like the ghost tert for him, but #3 is pretty good too.
I do find the flair secondary to be very clashing; not sure if that's specifically the goal or not! Playing around in the scrying workshop, I felt like [b]blend[/b] and [b]bee[/b] both did a cool job of matching with the primal eyes (blend because it uses both colors—sludge is good in the same way—and bee because it gets to a fairly pale green in places).
There's also something like pharaoh/noxtide/stained if you want to try to make the colors feel more matchy:

I need flaunt for the subspecies that it's gonna be a part of(plus I love it even when it clashes), but that scry is really nice!, and thank you for showing me that noxtide has green accents, it's really nice!

Seeing your new scires, I def am leaning towards the 2nd one. Looks a lot more cleaner and the primary doesn't distract away from his eyes!!
I also prefer the second one, it’s so beautiful! I love how smoke plays with flaunt wow, especially on the face and paws!
