Gembond! Simply because it makes her primary and secondary more light and pale. It looks like marble and fits the colour tone of the cobwebs perfectly! It's only nuances, but it looks so much better, especially on her head/neck and wings, in my opinion.

It took me some time to tell which was which to be honest. They look extremely similar because your dragon is mostly covered with apparel. Color-wise I like Stained more, but since the return is so negligible, I wouldn't waste gems on it and just opt for cheaper Gembond.

I honestly can't tell the difference. Go with whatever is cheaper and/or you'd prefer to see on hatchlings, if you're breeding her.
