I had a cool idea for a trade thread~
Tired of getting dragons in trade threads that you don't want?
Okay, then get one you'll almost definitely want to keep!!
This is how it works:
- The person above you has posted a list of the dragons they want.
- Get them a dragon they want, post it, send a CR for it, and then post a list of dragons you want below it.
- The next poster gives you a dragon off your wishlist.
- Everyone gets something they actually want to keep!
- Post as often as you like!
Keep in mind any dragons given away in this thread MAY be exalted, although that is probably less likely than in other threads.
Rules for Wishlists:
- You must have at least four dragon requests on your wishlist, max ten.
- Only one of your wishlist requests can be valued over 100k. People will likely be buying you a dragon, unless they happen to have something that meets your descriptions, so don't make them go broke. (But feel free to give them the option in case they want to.)
- At least one of your requests should have a market value of 25k or under.
- Only one of your requests can have a 100% exact description, i.e.; "Ice Crystal, White Shimmer, Tangerine Gembond Female Skydancer."
- The rest of your requests can be anything from "Nocturnes" to "Rainbow Imps" to "A mate for this dragon with a narrow range on primary/secondary and white tert" to "A triple Ice Tundra with Cry/Face/Gem." Be specific enough that you'll likely get something you'd keep!
- Try to mention genes you like/dislike, to make sure you get something you want.
- Keep in mind, nobody else will get a dragon they want until your request is fulfilled, so please be nice about it. If the thread gets stuck on your request too long I may ask you to change it.
Rules For Fulfilling Requests:
- Read carefully and make sure the dragon you give matches the description given!
- On that note, please make sure the dragon you give is something you think they'll really like.
- Only give triple gened dragons unless they say basic is okay. Don't be that cheap!
- On mate requests, take gene rarity into account.
- You must give a dragon that you have now. Letting someone know outside the thread about your breeding pairs is fine -- but don't offer a potential future hatchling as your 'give a dragon', because you need to actually give a dragon before you get one.
- You may reserve a post below someone if you need to go buy them a dragon.
- Don't reserve a post below a reserved post though - you don't know for sure you'll be able to fill their request!
To start this off, I'm going to get whoever fills my request a dragon off their wishlist... so the first poster gets two dragons total, one from me and one from the next poster!
@Whimzica
My Wishlist:
1. A mate for this dragon:
Must be White x/x Freckle/White Circuit, hopefully with a wide range on secondary. Basic primary is fine. Coatl or Wildclaw.
2. A good mate for this dragon (tricky I know):
Babies should be delightfully rainbow and irishim! Or maybe cryface. I'd like an Imp or possibly something rarer.
3. A super pretty pastel male Fae! I like gem genes, tiger, and all terts but crackle or gembond for this dragon.
4. A nice mate for this dragon:
I'd like an irishim Spiral with a monochrome tert, other than that it's up to you! Whatever you think ends up with pretty babies.
@seaofstars won't lose this thread now!
